The model receives the initial geometry, initial edges and a supplied protocol phase. The images and observed positions are for comparison only.
Phase follows the archived video protocol; it is not calibrated strain or an autonomous forecast. Displacements use image pixels, with error divided by the initial graph height. Tracking observations are image-derived labels, not independent DIC or FEM measurements.
One original seed-11 checkpoint per specimen is shown. This interactive display is not the three-seed benchmark aggregate and does not replace it.
